Simulation with hard - wired analog subprogramsElectrical Engineering Laboratory Technical Research Centre of Finland 02150 Espoo 15, Finland
Electrical Engineering Laboratory Technical Research Centre of Finland 02150 Espoo 15, Finland This paper discusses the use of dedicated hard-wired analog subprograms as part of a hybrid simulation model. Such subprograms are a practical and economi caZ means for extending the computing capacity of a hybrid computer when a simulation model is to be used many times. The hard-wired analog subprograms are especially suitable for small hybrid-computer laboratories because the investment required to extend the computing capacity of the hybrid computer can be kept reasonable.
